Vincent Nair is the President and CEO of SMARTECH Business Systems. Vincent has over 26 years of experience in senior executive positions for Fortune 500 technology companies such as HP, Unisys, WIPRO Technologies, Lucent ALCATEL Technologies and Fuji Xerox. Vincent was the Vice President of Pitney Bowes Asia Pacific, Africa and Middle East. A keen golfer and golf enthusiast, Vincent is the founder of the Fiji International Golf event which is sanctioned by the PGA of Australia, the European Tour and ISP Handa OneAsia Tour. The annual event attracts over 700 million television broadcast viewers across the world. Vincent has an undergraduate degree majoring in Computer Sciences, holds an MBA in Finance, an LL.M and was awarded the opportunity to complete his PhD at Griffith University.

Ivan Chia is the General Manager Sales of Southeast Asia, including Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam and Indonesia. Ivan has over 19 years of sales experience in the Print Mailing Technology Industry and has contributed strongly to SMARTECH Business Systems’ sales targets since he joined the Company in 2002. Ivan holds a Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of South Alabama.

Raj Dang is Senior Vice President of Sales ANZ at Smartech Australia. For over 30 years Raj has used his skills in Sales/Marketing Management to support activities relating to Business Supplies, Equipment and Business Process Automation software solutions. Raj holds an Executive MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management, a Masters in Management and a  Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering.

Ringo Chan

Sales Director
Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau

Ringo Chan is the General Manager Sales for SMARTECH Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau. Ringo has over 35 years of experience as a sales professional with expertise in business development strategy in the Print Mailing Technology Industry. Ringo graduated from Oberlin College and has received high-level technical sales training from Pitney Bowes, Bluecrest and Neopost Print Mailing Equipment and Services.

Wilton Kwok

Sales Manager

Wilton Kwok is the Sales Manager for SMARTECH Taiwan. Wilton is a software development and programming expert with over 20 years of experience, having worked for Caltex Oil HK, CityU Consultants Limited, Intel Corp and AIA Group. He is also the Chief Technology Officer for Innowil Limited, B-Wil Limited and GreenSafety. Wilton holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Studies from the University of Hong Kong.

Ank Sobti

Head of Implementation & Support (Digital)

Ank Sobti is Smartech Australia’s Head of Implementation and Support (Digital). Ank is an experienced Senior Manager with over 17 years of experience in IT focused leadership positions. Ank has worked for a number of large organisations including Quadient/Neopost, Toll Holdings, GE Money and Telstra with well-developed skills in CXM, BP, Supply Chain, E-Commerce, Financial Services and Shipping. Ank holds a Masters in Information Technology (IT) from Monash University, a Bachelors Degree in Computer Technology / Computer Systems Technology and various certificates in Project Management Fundamentals.

Benny Yung

Services Director

Benny Yung is the Services Director for Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau. Benny has over 30 years experience in service delivery and management. He possesses in-depth knowledge of high-volume Pitney Bowes Document Mailing Equipment and Solutions, and provides technical support to distributors across Asia-Pacific. He holds a degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of London.

Cialan Shine

National Service Manager
Australia & New Zealand

Cialan Shine is the National Service Manager for Smartech Australia. Cialan has decades of senior management experience with large, international corporations such as Canon Australia, Quadient (Formerly Neopost) and Oce in Ireland and Australia. 

Teresa Gong

Asia CFO/ APAC Chief Compliance Officer

Teresa Gong is the Asia CFO/ APAC Chief Compliance Officer. Teresa has over 14 years of accounting and finance experience, having worked for multinational companies including China HandFund, Deli Solar, Shengde Autoparts and Fisher Clinical Services. Teresa holds a Bachelors degree in Management Economics and Masters degree in Business Administration (Accounting and Finance) from Hebei University.

Peter Chan

Director of Operations and Customer Experience, Oceania

Peter Chan is the Director of Operations and Customer Experience for Smartech Systems Oceania. Peter is a Finance and Management expert with over 30 years of experience in Telco and ICT industries across Australia, New Zealand and Fiji.  

Prior to joining Smartech, Peter Chan worked for Telstra Australia as Head of Service, and at Singtel Optus in a variety of general management and leadership roles. Peter spent 11 years in New Zealand with several multinationals in various financial accounting roles, including BellSouth’s start-up as the first GSM mobile operator in the southern hemisphere. 

Peter graduated from the University of Canterbury in Christchurch with a Bachelor of Commerce (Major: Accounting, Minor: Computing/Management Information Systems) and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Zac Warby

Chief Financial Officer

Zac Warby is the Chief Financial Officer for SMARTECH Australia. Zac has 30 years of experience in various financial, strategic and operational roles within small, medium and large organisations including PwC, Neopost/Quadient and now Smartech Australia. Zac is a fellow of the CPA Australia and holds a Bachelor of Business (Business Management, majoring in Accounting) from the University of Technology Sydney. ,

Rose Xie

Director of Operations and Finance
Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau

Rose Xie is the Director of Operations and Finance for Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau. Rose has over 10 years of financial accounting experience. She previously worked for Wal-Mart before joining SMARTECH in 2015. Her excellent management and communication skills saw her take on the additional role of Human Resource Manager in 2016. She holds a Bachelor in Accounting and Management Information Systems from the University of Hertfordshire, UK.

Emily Pang

Finance and Human Resource Manager
South East Asia

Emily Pang is the Finance and HR manager of Singapore & Malaysia.  Emily has over 17 years of accounting and finance experience. Emily holds a Degree in Accounting from University of Hertfordshire and is a member of the Associate of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Myra Anwar

HR Director Asia Pacific

Myra Anwar is the Human Resources Director for Smartech Asia Pacific. Myra previously worked for Crane ChemPharma, managing their Asia Pacific HR Department and has held HR Coordinator and Consultancy Roles with Boral and the CCIA. 

Myra holds a Bachelor of Business/Commerce (Human Resources & Industrial Relations) from the University of Western Sydney. 

Gabrielle Grech

Marketing Manager

Gabrielle Grech is the Marketing Manager for SMARTECH Australia & New Zealand. 

Prior to joining SMARTECH Gabrielle spent close to 4 years in various Marketing roles across New York City. Her most recent role was Marketing Manager for career management platform BlueSteps. 

Gabrielle holds a Bachelor of Marketing from Swinburne University of Technology (Melbourne, Australia).
