David Moore is the co-founder and CEO of Smartech & Associates L.P. USA, Austin Texas, which was established in 1993. He has over 45 years of experience in multiple industries around the world.
Prior to founding SMARTECH, David served as an executive board director of Vodafone Australia. He also spent 21 years in various customer service and sales executive positions with Unisys Corporation, including multiple international assignments. He served as director and general manager of the following subsidiaries: Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom and Ireland.

Simon Johnson is the Chairman and Director of Mayfair Advisory Co, offering corporate financial advice for mid-market companies across Australian and New Zealand. He is an expert M&A Advisor having previously worked as Principal & Lead Advisor (M&A) at Pitcher Partners Sydney.
Simon holds a Bachelor of Finance from the University of Newcastle and is pursuing his Juris Doctor from Macquarie University.

Vasyl Nair is the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Mine Super, a superfunds leader with $11 billion managed funds. He is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, overseeing strategic projects and maintaining an effective operating rhythm for the organisation. Prior to this, Vasyl held law and corporate finance roles at some of Australia’s largest financial services institutions.
Vasyl holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hon), Bachelor of Commerce, Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice, Executive Master of Business Administration and a Certificate of Business Excellence from the Haas School of Business, U.C. Berkeley. He is admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW as a solicitor and is a Graduate of the AICD.
Kaman Heung is currently a senior Private Banker in a top tier international Investment Bank
and based in Hong Kong. Prior to this role, she was a Senior Vice President in Corporate
Banking of Hang Seng Bank Limited, one of the Hong Kong’s leading public companies (SEHK:
0011) in terms of market capitalization.
Kaman was formerly Vice President, Commercial Banking for HSBC (SEHK: 005), the 7 th largest
bank in the world and largest in Europe, with total assets of US2.374 trillion.
Kaman resides in Hong Kong and grew up in Manchester United Kingdom since she was 17.
