Leading provider of B2B Payment Platforms and eCommerce Solutions for Postal Systems, Smartech Business Systems has today announced the successfully completed acquisition of Quadient Oceania (Formerly Neopost Australia) i.e. acquiring the Graphics operations and Mail-Related Solutions distribution activities in Australia and New Zealand.
Headquartered in Hong Kong with a strong presence in the Asia Pacific Region, Smartech’s plans for continual expansion and further capital investment have been accelerated by the acquisition of Quadient Oceania. The company is now on-track to significantly expanding its footprint in Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific.
