While businesses frenzied to recover from economic paralysis, an opportunity was identified in crisis with the acquisition of Quadient Oceania, formerly known as Neopost Australia, one of the largest graphics equipment and solutions providers, and government sector vendors in Australia. Through the strategic acquisition, operations in Australia & New Zealand were included in the global structure from 2021 with Sydney subsequently appointed head office.
Today, SMARTECH serves over 28,000 B2B customers across the world with operations in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macao, Brunei, Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Vanuatu, Papua New Guinea and the rest of Oceania.
