Gagan is a result-driven legal counsel with over a decade of in-house legal experience in Hong Kong and the APAC region. Her areas of expertise are corporate and commercial law, multi-jurisdictional compliance, contract negotiation, and governance support for APAC operations.
With a diverse background across various industries, Gagan has honed her expertise in legal and compliance matters. She holds a BA LLB (Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws) and a LLM (Masters in Law).
